Whether it’s an intimate gathering or an all out bash, first birthdays are special milestones and should be celebrated even if baby won’t remember. With that said, it’s always a pleasure to plan the first birthday. New client Rose reached out to JEM over 6 months ago to reserve the date for her daughter’s 1st. She requested a lamb theme in neutral tones with pink accent color scheme. Rose allowed JEM free reign to plan and design the dessert bar + kiddy table while she handled the rest which included: booking 3 food trucks, a petting zoo, giant slide, balloon artist, face painter, photobooth and the list goes on. Elle had more than a little lamb for her first birthday. 😊 So pleased with the final product especially the handcrafted cloud made out of balloons, paper mache and pillow stuffing. Totally worth the time and messy effort just to have the little lamb swinging from it. 🤗
Favorite part of the job is styling the dessert bar and finding the perfect display for the sweets. Love this setup! The plush lamb was borrowed from Jojo, that was the first gift I purchased for her after finding out I was prego. Cannot believe that was over 10 years ago. 😢 Sorry, got a little nostalgic there.
